1. The platform
Zonmpay processes live mobile money collections and payouts. Transactions created through the dashboard or the API move real funds and are settled through licensed payment partners.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password, wallet PIN and API keys confidential. API secrets are shown once at creation. Notify us immediately if you believe a key has been exposed.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by Tanzanian law or the rules of the payment networks we connect to.
4. Verification
We may request identity or business verification documents before enabling certain features. Accounts that fail verification can be limited or closed.
5. Availability and changes
We may update these terms, our fees and the API as the platform develops. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard before they take effect.
